Ebony is a nature artist and illustrator, specialising in Australian wildlife, landscape and plants. She paints in oil on canvas and works in a painterly style to capture the character of the animal while still maintaining a high level of detail.
She grew up in the Hunter Valley Region of New South Wales, on a rural property surrounded by bushland and wildlife. As a result she has always been fascinated and inspired by nature and the ever-changing beauty of the Earth's natural landscapes.
Ebony has a Bachelor of Environmental Science and a Masters in Natural History Illustration, and is represented by the Aarwun Gallery in Gold Creek (ACT), CStudios Art Gallery in Newcastle (NSW), Watershed Gallery in Pokolbin (NSW), the Traffic Jam Galleries, Sydney (NSW), and the Milk Factory Gallery in Bowral (NSW).
