No, QPuzzles operates as a busy manufacturing factory and we sell our puzzles exclusively through our eCommerce website.

However, if you are local to the Gold Coast, you can pick up your ordered puzzle directly from our factory.

Please note that we do not have a retail space for browsing.

Holiday Period Update

Yes you can!

While our staff will be away on holiday from Friday the 22nd of December, you can still order jigsaw puzzles (retail or custom-made).

As we'll be treating all orders received through the holiday break as a first come, first-serve basis!

And once staff return on Monday the 15th of January 2024 your enquiries will be answered accordingly and your orders will be organised for courier pick-ups and in-office pick ups!

Shipping

All our jigsaw puzzles are made to order in our Gold Coast factory. The turnaround
 for production can take up to a minimum of 1-2 weeks. This does not include business closures due to national and public holidays.

Once your order has been fulfilled you will be notified via email and/or phone to pick-up your order!

Once your puzzle is made, we’ll send you a tracking email when it’s picked up by Australia Post.

From that point onward, delivery times are managed entirely by Australia Post, and we don’t have control over how long it takes to reach you.

While we do everything we can to ensure timely production and dispatch, any delays in transit are managed by the postal service.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work together to get your puzzle to your door!

Once your order is ready for shipping, depending on your location, shipping times can vary. Domestic orders that are processed will take between 2-9 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take up to 24 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so remember to sign-up for our emails to stay tuned for exclusive deals.

If you order from one of these sizes you may receive your puzzle sooner, as these tend to be our most popular sizes we print weekly!

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products. Therefore, if there is any issue with your order, we will ensure a full jigsaw replacement, so returns are unnecessary.
