At QPuzzles™, we invite talented artists, photographers, and illustrators to become part of our esteemed contributor team. By joining us, you can earn generous commissions on your artwork by allowing us to sell puzzles featuring your stunning designs. Join our community of creative professionals who supply licensed images to us for reproduction on our high-quality, eco-friendly puzzles.

What We Offer:

  • The opportunity: to purchase your puzzles at a wholesale rate, which greatly supports your own business.

  • Full Copyright Retention: As the artist, you retain full copyright (©) of your artwork.

  • Non-Exclusive Licence: Provide QPuzzles™ with a non-exclusive limited licence to produce and sell puzzles with your artwork.

  • White Label Product: Enjoy a full white label product with your own designed box included.

  • Automated Notifications: Receive automatic email notifications for every sale.

  • Monthly Payments: Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal, with a rate of uptp 30% of the sale price.

  • Contributor Licence Agreement: All arrangements are documented with a Contributor Licence Agreement, ensuring transparency and security.

  • Website Link: We will provide a link back to your website on our Contributors page, enhancing your online presence.

  • Buyers: Our retailers and distributors regularly buy puzzles from our catalogue which means your puzzles could be part of these sales.

  • Marketing Support: We promote our contributors weekly across seven social media channels and through email campaigns, boosting your visibility.

Contributor Vetting Process

As our contributor partnerships are in high demand, we have a strong contributor vetting process, which includes a minimum of 6 months of strong wholesale and/or drop-ship purchasing. Please contact us for prices.

If you successfully become a contributor with QPuzzles™, it is a very beneficial and easy arrangement for both the licensee & licensor. QPuzzles™ does all the advertising, delivery, and processing for sales of your designs through our website. We also notify you automatically of any sales via the vendor sales app we use

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • Must have an ABN and a PayPal account.

  • Must be able to provide a small portrait of yourself and a bio (1-2 paragraphs).

  • At least 10 images

  • Each approved image must be accompanied by at least 1-2 paragraphs detailing the story or details of the image.

  • Puzzle Box Label Creatives provided by you or by QPuzzles™ for a fee (we provide you with a template and specifics for the label sizes)

  • 6 months of strong wholesale and/or drop-ship purchasing of your art on QPuzzles™ puzzles

  • Your own marketing efforts (we can help)
