Maree is a photographer based on the South Coast of NSW. In the late 80s I saw my first whale & at that time I had a little film camera. The camera was not big enough & I knew a bigger lens was needed to get closer to the whales from the shore line & be able to capture photos of the beautiful marine mammals.
As my young family grew so did the size of the lens. My photography skills progress over the years. I now concentrate on marine mammals, nature & landscape photography. I have also ventured to Drone Photography & participate in Marine Mammal Research. I currently use Canon 5D Mark IV & use a variety of lens sizes with 150-600 for capturing the marine mammals.
