As the festive season approaches, we at QPuzzles want to take a moment to wish all our wonderful customers a safe and happy Christmas and a well-earned break. It’s been a fantastic year creating puzzles that bring joy, challenge, and creativity to your homes, and we couldn’t have done it without your support.
Our Christmas Break Schedule
We’re a made-to-order manufacturer, which means each puzzle we create is lovingly handcrafted just for you. During the holidays, our production team will be taking a much-needed rest. From 20th December 2024 to 13th January 2025, we’ll be offline to recharge for another exciting year of puzzling fun.
- Production Pause: Orders placed during this time will not be processed or produced until we’re back on 13th January 2025.
- Customer Service: While we’ll be available for emergencies, our communication team will also be taking a break. Emails and inquiries will be responded to when we return in the New Year.
We appreciate your understanding as we step away to celebrate the season with our loved ones and come back refreshed and ready to deliver the quality you love.

- Place Your Orders: Get your orders in during the break, and we’ll ensure they’re the first to be processed when we’re back on deck.
